With eight years experience writing online and managing social media platforms for a variety of different businesses, I have learnt how to craft a post that speaks to a specific audience, while building up a page and community successfully.

My experience in social media marketing & content writing in Suffolk, Essex, London and beyond…

For the first half of my freelance career, I worked behind the scenes for different websites for families. I started in parenting publishing, writing SEO articles focusing on content to serve fellow families in Suffolk, from my home on the Suffolk / Essex border.  I then went onto become the Regional Editor for the East Midlands, managing multiple local websites and six social media accounts.

More roles in the world of parenting online followed, working in the website and social content team for an influencer talent agency and platform in London, before deciding to set up my own lifestyle website. (A Suffolk Mum) From here I document my life as a mother and midlife woman in East Anglia, selling sponsored content online and also on my personal blog social media pages.

In the past few years, I have also gained extensive skills across a number of other industries, including working as the Editor of a travel accommodation site, a Marketing Manager on the agency side and currently I conduct and write business interview features, for a global sustainability magazine.

I now take on a mix of remote and in person social media and content writing work, while still managing my lifestyle blog part time.
